Do you think there is any intelligent life (not counting bacteria or animals) (obviously not counting anything from Earth) anywhere in the Milky Way?

I like to think that the evidence of alien civilization is right in front of us, and we've just classified it as some kind of stellar phenomenon. Maybe all the red giants really are just Dyson swarms... And stars "evolve" into red giants when their civilizations get old enough.
