Is there a way to measure the amount of matter contained in a magnetic field in a difficult to forge manner?

As in. Let's say we have 5 grams of antimatter contained in a magnetic capsule. Is there a way to verify that? I'm trying to cook up something possibly fun.

Yeah that's what I'm thinking. Make the lining of the bottle some freakish alloy and you might get away with less.
