Couple years ago one thing the ToughSF Discord talked about was the combination of gardener-cook-water treatment technician with a side of morale officer. When you're in a pressurized can with little stimulation ensuring all the meals taste exactly how they should and there's always something pretty to look at would be incredibly important in preventing cabin fever.

On the ocean you at least have weather and a sense of motion. In deep space most reference points of the passage of time are inside your ship itself. Past a certain point ya gotta make sure that's spruiced up.

On a similar note, hot sauce is likely to become a huge factor. It already is pretty big in making terrible MREs edible and NASA's been making inroads with Chillies since 2021. People love diversionary activities especially ones that render delicious results so each craft or hab having its own native hot sauce industry is likely to become a major source of pride and joy.

(Especially since it's likely going to take at least a century until space travel is safe and automated enough that getting intoxicated while on route isn't gonna be prohibited under threat of extreme censure).
