Couple years ago one thing the ToughSF Discord talked about was the combination of gardener-cook-water treatment technician with a side of morale officer. On a similar note, hot sauce is likely to become a huge factor. It already is pretty big in making terrible MREs edible and NASA's been making inroads with Chillies since 2021. People love diversionary activities especially ones that render delicious results so each craft or hab having its own native hot sauce industry is likely to become a major source of pride and joy.
