It's something mentioned a good bit here, and I honestly don't understand it. How feasible is it, and what does it mean? Does it mean the end of hacking? That sounds great, but it also means data on criminals can't be gathered, right? Sorry if I sound stupid, I know next to nothing about computers aside from 1s and 0s. Am I just misinterpreting some other concept for "perfect" encryption, or is that actually a thing, and would you consider it clarketech? It certainly sounds great for virtual reality, mind uploading, and BCIs, that's for sure!
Code breaking hasn't been the first even fifth line of attack since before dog fighting died as a major part of aerial doctrine.
