Just bought my first pack in 20 years. Pulled this and was wondering if it looked fake.

I went to our local fair and saw a vendor selling several packs for $5 each. I picked 3 and when I went home to open them I noticed this horizontal line going across the whole card. I didn't see anything online about the line so I was wondering if someone knew anything about it.
