Should the Mew Vmax (Secret rare gold) have texture over the entire card?

I recently pulled one from a pack but I say a picture of one that had texture all over and mine only has the fingerprint texture on the gold parts if the card and maybe a couple other spots but the black background is just plain is this normal?
