I’m new to Iron Warriors lore, but me and my play group are doing a lore ish accurate crusade and we are all making custom/kitbashed warlords for it. I’m curious to know how much modification would be too much for a warsmith? As i know Iron Warriors are very fond of augmenting themselves when they grow chaos stuff (as they dislike the whole deamon corruption thing right?) or just in general, but I have a very big kitbash in mind, that would make him into more of a dreadnought than a chaos lord. I would like my warlord to be relatively lord accurate, which is why I’m asking about the extent of a warsmiths augmentation because I don’t want it to be too ridiculous, if that makes sense? Also the crusade is set post heresy, probably in the indomitus crusade era.
