Legion choosing for 10th

So pardon my noobishness but I've been out of 40k since 3rd (what seems like 10000 years ago) and am trying to lock down a legion to start up with for 10th. Lore wise it's a tie between IW and AL. Paint wise I'm indifferent. Sell me on your legion .
