10th month, 325 AC
Ser Carson looked over the assembled troops of House Blackmont. The Seven curse the Ironborn and the lions of Lannister he thought to himself. As the men prepared to march, the gruff castellan called for the boy who was being warded at Blackmont.
"Boy, we are marching south. You have a choice to make now. Will you stay and guard the womenfolk? Or will you come and seek glory among the Dornish at the shores of the Summer Sea? I'm sure Lord Anders would insist that you stay, to protect his relationship with your grandfather." The old knight smiled, "but I won't prevent you from coming. I am a knight in need of a squire, it would be a shame to ride into battle against the Ironborn and Westerners without one. What do you say? Want to see how the Dornish invite unwelcome guests?"
