Basically, it looks like there’s another action being planned for the 16th/17th involving surrounding buildings (capitol, Supreme Court, White House) and blocking roads. It’s not clear what the endgame is other than set up, shut down gov’t stuff, wait for response and declare that an attack on America and the beginning of a civil war.

The www.pafa2021.com site is now down but I found the summary of the old page and chatter about the action on parler (I’m not on parler, but you can see some of it publicly like you can with other sm platforms). Not sure if this info is accurate, a red herring, a distraction or whatever... but thought I’d share the info I found.
