Hi guys! As we are approaching the end of the first work week, I'd like to provide a brief update on a few points for the next few days. I'd just like to remind everyone who's been hard at work shearing grass, in order to ensure that you will be paid your share for the work cycle, you'll have to have completed all shifts of the week (7 chest fulls) by the end of the week. If you fail to complete all work before the end of the work cycle, you will not be paid, but all progress will be moved to the next work cycle and you will be paid upon completion of that cycle.
Currently, there are three workers on schedule (Jumpysnake, RedDevel2, and Lord_Magmus), and three others just short by one shift (omerbengera, Aurealian, and RibaT). So keep up the work and be sure to cover any shifts missed before the end of the week.
In terms of payment, you will be receiving specially printed "IXPCO Notes". Everyone who completes their work cycle will be paid 32 of these notes, in which they can be redeemed for emerald blocks at a 1:1 ratio at any time. We do encourage that workers hold on to these notes as once enough capital is built, the XP Co will be offer a variety of trade goods other than XP that can be redeemed. If you so choose to cash your notes for XP blocks, just remember that the same transaction will not be able to be made in the opposite direction with the XP Co., however this does not limit you to private routes.
In terms of company development, you may have noticed that construction for the new headquarters located at the glurfhole in Central Iria has begun! We're estimating that that operations will begin to move into the new complex before the start of the third work cycle. We will also be releasing a financial report at the end of the week, so the entire operations of the company is transparent to all contributors. Additionally, the XP Co has planned expansion to get into the sapling business, so if you're looking to earn some more bucks, stay tuned for news on that!
Finally, I'd like to take this opportunity to receive some feedback all who have been contributing to this initiative. Has work been too much? Too little? How have you found the system so far? Have instructions been clear? Would you be interested in doing more work? What would you like to see from this company?
Thanks!
Sincerely,
OfUnknown, CEO of the Iria XP Company
