A year or so ago spacetubby made a spreadsheet for the factories of the private town we lived in. It was of great use and since our place isn't around anymore I thought that I'd turn that old spreadsheet into one for our factories.

The spreadsheet is self-updating. You only edit the Health and Last repaired On columns. Whenever you repair a factory you set the current date in the Last Repaired On cell for for the factory, and you set the health of the factory after it was repaired in the Health cell of the factory. If everything is entered correctly you'll be able to see how many days are left until the factory goes in disrepair on the Factory Expires In column. When the number in that column is at 0 or less, the factory is in disrepair, and when it reaches -14; it breaks.
