GBX ABH Brow Pen (light brown hair, but blonde brow pen)

Sooo for anyone who has light brown hair on their beauty quiz, but received a blonde brow pen in their GBX, this was Ipsy’s reply to my email:

“The ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILLS Brow Pen in Blonde is intended to work for those with Light Brown hair, and I see that you have selected that you have Light Brown hair on your beauty quiz. We’re unable to send a replacement, but I encourage you to give this product a fair shot, you may love it.”

I don’t believe that it’s really intended to work with light brown hair as there’s other colors that people received that are way closer of a match than blonde. They also gave me a whole 600 points for my disappointment. 🙄

Edit: apparently they’re sending everyone the exact same copy and paste reply 😂
