Hello! I just signed up for Ipsy last week. I was billed and told I would get a January bag. When I looked at the app today to see the status of my bag, it shows on the timeline that they’re matching me, but then under that where the January bag is featured it’s telling me I will not receive the January bag. When I go to my account info it shows me having paid for January and then that I will be billed again for February’s bag Feb 1st.
Is this something I need to call customer support for, or is this a new customer goof that will work itself out? Thanks in advance!
