I'm 36(m) and I pass out/faint/blackout when I cum. There's a 50/50 chance that it happens. I can't control it. When I cum I'll see little black dots and then it goes black like it someone just choked me out. I'm normally out for 45 seconds to a minute but the longest was almost 5 minutes. I try to warn whoever I'm with because I've forgotten to tell a few and when I come to they were on the phone with 911. Anyone else experience this or similar?
