Anyone have this Mediacom issue?

I live on the east side of IC and every day about 6pm our internet goes down and stays poor for a few hours then is fine the rest of the time. Has anyone else had this issue and any recommendations on how to go about fixing it? I know mediacom is not likely to be very helpful if I don’t know what to ask for. Thank you!
