Because I am curious (read: nosy):

• What's going on with TRFKA Sunny Restaurant/Lou Henri/Maid Rite? The dumpster out front for the last few months leads me to believe that it's been gutted, but what's going to go there now? Anyone know?
• What's opening up where the old Doc's Service Station used to be until they sold it, on the southwest corner of Riverside/Benton? They renovated the building and painted parking lines, but there are no signs indicating what it's going to become and I'm too lazy to look up who bought it.
• Does anyone know when Brueggers on Riverside will be closing? I know Kum and Go bought that whole block (the old dealership, the short-lived pawn shop), and I'm guessing they're going to build some sort of convenience store supermecca, but when is that going to happen? I'm guessing they'll rip down the Brueggers building in the process.
