I see a ton of posts inquiring about housing and a lot of irresponsible landlords but I don’t see what sites and stuff people are looking at. Signed a homeowner who rents out 2 bedrooms in my house with 1.5 bathrooms, fully functional kitchen, 2 living rooms, a new deck and a 3 seasons room and is tired of bots and unrealistic applicants. Before the jaded comments come in, I ask for 450 all utilities including Wi-Fi a month. Both rooms are fully furnished. The only downside is that I own a cat.
