Another roadway/driving complaint

Are trailer tail lights not required on non commercial vehicles? Or improperly functioning ones? It’s As bad as people driving without license plates without a care in the world. Usually the trailers are attached to trucks that could pull small buildings.

Where’s LE enforcing this shit. My favorite, no joking, driving behind an old farm truck pulling a very full grain cart….. at 65 mph last fall on bypass in DSM. I’d be curious to see him… stop with any urgency, at all.
