My Ioniq5 has been at the dealer for 20 days now and counting for an issue with the front motor traction control module. Essentially, my car doesn’t know if the front wheels have traction. Because my area (Seattle Metro) has so few mechanics, it’s taken forever to get anything done. Over a week for diagnosis, about a week to get parts, the dealer now has the parts, but hasn’t scheduled it to be fixed because there are a ton of people waiting in line before me. The law in my state says after it’s been in the shop for 30 days, I can get Hyundai to buy back the car.
Has anyone else gone through this?
