Charging cable not locking into place (clicky sound) and charging lights flashing

Hi! It is really cold where are and the first assumption was that there was ice clogged in the port/cable but there was none. The cable seems to fit in fine but when we start charging from the Bluelink app, we get an error message saying it can’t charge, all 4 lights blinking, and a clicking sound from the port as the cable won’t lock into place.
Any fixes? This has been really grueling.
