First tray! it's been 3 days and I'm at the "is this pain even worth it" stage 🤣

It 100% is! I'm 4 months in and get a bit of soreness for a day or two when I change trays, but it's nothing compared to adjusting to that first tray and all the attachments (I have one on every tooth, so it was an ordeal, ha).
