Pain when putting them back on

So I’m on my second day of tray 1, and what I feel is that, I don’t have pain or discomfort, not unless I take them off to eat, and even worse like 30 to 60 minutes after I put them back. Eating is not pleasant at all.
I wonder if you do feel the same?
