Post Body

So I’m in my first 24 hours!!! Here’s things I’ve realized

-I don’t get my attachments until my 2nd tray, so therefore this first tray really hasn’t caused any discomfort.

-my teeth def have began to shift as even my bite feels different upon taking them off already. I guess they’re getting ready

-the only thing k can’t seem to stop doing is running my tongue against the back of my tray on my top set -def need a non electric toothbrush too. I’m pretty sure this tray is putting pressure on a specific tooth and it’s wicked sensitive, so I turn off the electric toothbrush to go over that tooth for right now - my dentist told me he doesn’t expect me to be able to brush after every meal, but to Vigorously rinse at least and do a thorough floss every morning/night with my brushing. -I miss being able to sip my coffee. -it literally just feels like plastic trays on your teeth. (So far) - GET CHAPSTICK. My lips are SO dry. - don’t plan on biting your lips anymore or your nails That’s all I got for now!
