So quick question, I’m starting soon (January 13th) I get what I believe will be my molding for trays to be made…. But I have a question with the brushing stuff! I know obvi, take out the trays to eat. But there’s a rule of thumb to not brush right after eating & waiting a half hour at least. Therefore, my question is…. What’s the easiest thing you’ve learned to do after eating? Swoosh some water, pop them back in and brush a half hour later? (That’s my current idea, bc I would like to keep my 22 hr plan or hopeful plan, hahah, and to avoid destroying your teeffssss enamel, which I don’t want to do as much as I don’t want cavities.) I know everyone is going to have differing answers. I’m also sure everyone probably learns what works best for them over time, what to do, what not to do, etc. but just trying to get generalized ideas right now!
Thanks in advance!
-sincerely, One anxious, excited, but nervous, what the hell did I get myself into, soon to be Invisalign patient 🙃
