Has anyone ever put the wrong numbered tray in accidentally?

Hi All. I was supposed to put tray 3 in and accidentally put in 7. It was in for about 18 hours and I was pretty sore obviously. Called my ortho and she just had me go back to tray 3 and didn’t seem alarmed but wanted to see if this has happened to anyone else and if so to see if there were any major concerns.
