Best way to use chewie..?
Post Body

I have one tooth, I believe it is called my left lateral incisor, that is not tracking well. I am on tray 15/46 and just had my first follow up appointment with my ortho. She said I need to be using a chewie on this tooth very often and that if it won’t track we will probably have to rescan. I’ve been in this tray for 3 days now. I spent all day yesterday using the chewie every now and then, and a lot before bed, this morning it seemed a little better. When I brushed and put them back in all the space was back. It’s been really hard to get rid of the space no matter how much I use the chewie. Should I be holding the chewie down for awhile or like actually chewing? The tooth is also sore from using the chewie so much which is also making it hard to do so often
