Biteramps
Post Body

So I have a deep bite that’s being corrected with Invisalign and I’m wondering about the ridges behind my four front teeth (I’m guessing these are the bite ramps). Should I be resting my lover teeth on these? Because when I do I feel like I naturally bite down/clench on them and idk if that is bad? Or do I push my jaw back and rest my lower teeth behind the ramps (I can’t really do it totally. But a little bit). Some advice please!
