Hey guys- I just started invisalign a few weeks ago, I’m on my 3rd tray (started last night) out of 23. I have a deep bite, so that’s the biggest fix and I have a few gaps in the top row of my teeth.
After wearing the first couple trays I feel like they made my front gap bigger- is this normal and will start to close up after? My left front tooth was slightttttly crooked , so I’m assuming it’s straightening that first and then pulls everything together. But is that how they work? I’m a little concerned but it’s still early
Also- deep biters: has invisalign truly improved your bite and alignment? Or did it require a ton of refinements? Basically it looks like it’s gonna pull my bottom row down and top row up so they fit right, but can the trays even do that properly?
I guess I’m concerned bc each time I put the trays in I definitely feel pressure - but it’s nothing liek people are describing. I can generally go throughout the day just noticing they are in and it’s awkward. But nothing like PAINFUL. I guess it will change tray by tray- I do feel like my teeth are getting “looser” if that makes sense. So maybe it’s prepping for the real movement? Any thoughts?
