Background: I got Invisalign done with the expectation that I would also do interproximal reduction at several points. It turns out, at the end of the entire treatment, both my dentist, and I forgot I had to do interproximal reduction. Therefore, I did not achieve the end state. With that said, I have several questions.
My dentist told me that they can do a re-adjustment of Invisalign, but does this mean that I will get charged for a second round of Invisalign?
Is interproximal reduction a good idea for teeth? Or should I go with an extraction to make more space? My dentist was suggesting I shave about 7 to 9 teeth down.
