It’s my first day. Really happy I finally got them in but I lost one attachment when taking them out to eat. Hope it isn’t going to affect my results for the first week until I can get it reattached.

Also it’s definitely gonna take some getting used to. I started to gag when they went in that’s getting a little better now. Eating with the attachments is annoying because the attachments confuse my brain into thinking it’s actually food stuck on my teeth so after I eat I’m using my tongue to get all the food stuck in or on my teeth out and i don’t get that satisfying sensation of getting stuck food off my teeth. Also realized how much I eat a day and how many snacks I eat a day too lmao.

Hopefully I get used to all this sooner than later still really happy I got them tho I needed them.
