I just popped on tray #9 and this is the most uncomfortable one so far. No changes in wear time for the previous tray, I’ve been very consistent. I could even say I wore the previous one for longer than others but I struggled to put this tray in. I might extend tray #8 one more night and then maybe put these on tomorrow morning instead… how do you know if you need more time with the previous tray? Like what level of pain is expected vs not good? I don’t want to damage my roots. It doesn’t hurt BAD but… oof!
