Went with a local provider I found on the Invisalign website. Had an initial 14 trays that I would swap every 10 days and then was given 4 additional trays in refinements that I swapped every 7 days. Had some polishing done on the front teeth but lower incisors are slight uneven in height due to wear from my deep bite and I was suggested not to shorten the fuller sized incisors. Happy with results and the process was fairly easy and straightforward (didn’t come across any issues with teeth movement). I do plan on having further work done. Expansion using MARPE will likely be the next step which would include Invisalign again (yes I should have expanded prior to getting Invisalign). Once thats done I will likely do gum grafts to complete the smile.
