Hi mutual Invisalign wearers. I’m at the final stages of my treatment & am receiving my brightening or whitening trays, whatever way you call them, this week. My dentist advised me that a side effect is cold sensitivity and that I don’t have to do it if I don’t want to. It is part of my treatment plan, so I stated I wanted to move ahead with doing it. Does anyone have experience with it, and how sensitive exactly were your teeth? I plan on picking up some sensodyne, as my teeth can be sensitive at times anyway. Looking for insight from others that have experienced the brightening/whitening treatment that may or may not have come along with others treatment plans. Thank you in advance !
