Terrified to lose it, not realise and then get ready to eat only to realise I can't release my teeth from their plastic prisons... I'm a hungry gal, and this would floor me.
I'm 4 weeks in and am yet to develop this elusive aligner-removal skill. Any tips?
...I've literally never had to remove trays with a hook tool. My bite was a hot mess express when I started (open bite crossbite on one side) and my teeth were fairly crowded. And it definitely took a few days to master the "inside out" approach. I guess my point is that I believe in y'alls ability to one day soon be free of the hook!
ETA: I had 28 attachments to start with (one on every tooth), so I understand the struggle. I'm just saying after a learning curve period, it becomes much easier to remove trays!
