Invisalign elastic button/attachment fell off and I'm overseas. What to do?

Post Body

I'm from europe and currently on an overseas trip in SE Asia. I'm on my refinement set of trays. Unfortunately, the metallic button attached to my tooth that is needed for the rubber bands to work dissapeared from one side.

I am supposed to wear the rubber bands every night. Now, I can't. I also can't make a trip to Europe all of a sudden to get this fixed. It will be too expensive. I already habe various other flights booked.

What should I do?

Can I go to a local dentist in SE Asian country and ask to put in a replacement without informing my German orthodontist?
