I was on a payment plan (10k) for my Invisalign treatment and it was being paid over 4 years. I went overseas due to my friend being sick and was still having the payment come out of my account. It’s now paid in full and when I returned they made me pay $120 which was a failed payment and after following up they then said I need to go on another plan (8k) am I being scammed or is this real? What do I do?
