Does anyone actually finish on time?
Post Body

I’ve been told I need 37 trays so a bit over a year, but given the stories I’ve seen on here am feeling a bit suspicious of that 😅 do people actually finish on time? (Given that your teeth track, of course)

Comments

I was told 18-24 months. A bit over 19 months in and on my last round of trays that I will finish around the 22 month mark. So, almost there!

ETA: I may have been been closer to 18 months if I followed the 22/7 rule. But my wear is more like 17-18 hours for 9ish days before I switch trays. I don't mind going longer in between tray changes if it means not sweating keeping my trays out during nights out and such.
