Were all of you able to achieve perfectly straight teeth?

I wasn't able to. Look at this. Doesn't the end result look flared out? They are not 90 degrees. Does it look bad?
However, I don't have any free refinements left, so there won't be any result if I bring this up to my Ortho. My last set of refinement is already manufactured.
People who almost finished or finished, is your teeth 90 degree straight? Is there anyone of you who were not able to achieve 90 degree straight teeth? Should it be a goal to have perfect 90 degree straight teeth?
