I'm on tray 10 and it used to be very loose (meaning, it was fit to my teeth). There was no pressure when I would put it and when I removed it. Tray 10 is the last tray in this set for me. I was asked to pause on tray 10.

I got re-scanned for refinements and my ortho said, only wear tray 10 at night for like a month or more while I wait for refinement aligners to arrive. I asked her again, are you sure, you only want me to wear at night? She said yes, only at night.

It's been 10 days since I switched to night-time wear only and I feel the same aligner has been becoming tighter and tighter.

Is this a sign that my teeth is moving back to its old position? Would you suggest I wear it more to prevent shifting the teeth?
