I posted picture here on this subreddit and some people suggested that I should ask for more IPR in the refinement even though I already had IPR done.
At first my ortho did not recommend another IPR. But after reading suggestions from reddit, I pressured my Ortho to do another round of IPR because I wanted my teeth to go a bit more inside. Now, I'm afraid if I shot myself in the foot. I don't want my teeth to fall off when I'm 50 just because I wanted them to move 5 degrees for aesthetic reasons.
What's the max IPR that's safe for the tooth long term? Is there any reports from old people in 60s who did IPR when they were young? Is their teeth still fine?
They already did 0.2mm each IPR on like 4 tooth for my first set of trays.
