Is $7,500 reasonable?

Post Body

I went to a Diamond Invisalign provider in my area. They provided great service, but the charge for 1 1/2 to 2 years of service will cost me $7,500. Is this reasonable/average? My dental issues aren’t about straightness, but fixing my bite. I don’t have orthodontic insurance, only Medicaid, and since I am over 21 it wouldn’t be covered anyway. Any advice? Would applying for dental insurance that covers orthodontics be worth it?

Comments

Started mine in March 2022 to both straighten teeth and correct my open bite. Total cost was $7200. Definitely seems like correcting bites is more expensive.
