Last 3 trays soreness

I’m on my last 3 trays, although I anticipate as well as my dentist told me, about having refinements. But these last 3 trays got me sore as fuck! Is every movement put into the last 3 trays bc I don’t think I have one tooth that isn’t sore haha. I haven’t been this sore since the beginning! The tray package doesn’t say anything of over correction trays
