Actual treatment length shorter than Ortho predicted

The pricing is dictated mainly by how long a treatment will take and the number of procedures they have to do (Germany). I was quoted 6-8 months during consultation and the corresponding pricing. However, when the aligners arrived, there are only 14 trays. That's only 3.5 months. Doesn't it mean that it should cost me around half as much? Should I ask for a partial refund?
