Help including Script installer in Kiosk Mode

Hello,
I am having a hard time configuring a Kiosk profile for our enterprise. There is a custom application that is used however it is ran through a script installer. Is there anyway to include this into the Kiosk configuration profile? The only options I show are AUMID, Win32, Microsoft store Apps, etc.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated
