windows azure ad joined - onedrive is not auto sign in

i deployed onedrivesetup /silent /allusers
however, when i first login to new computer, onedrive is not auto sign in.
when i manually launch c:\program files\microsoft onedrive\onedrive.exe, my email is autofill and waiting for me to click sign in.
i have below config profile and applied successfully to the new computer. i do have onedrive-personal exist though.
