Intune to push a copy of an Excel Spreadsheet to a subset of enrolled devices

The ask has been to push a copy of a spreadsheet to a subset of users and our Intune is only a couple of months old so I'm still building basic functions here. This is specific to Windows 10 and 11 Desktops that are Azure AD joined, and all relevant users will be Intune licensed.

Is this something I can do via Intune, and if so, what's the best way to do it?

For bonus points, I'd like to pre-establish sharing and OneDrive/Sharepoint access for this file so that it can make sure that copy of it ends up in certain cloud buckets.
