Privacy settings for edge to not transmit data to Edge Discover

Hi guys, today I noticed something funny. I am logged in to a LOB Webapp and when I click the discover button in I can see how website visit us found this website. I can also see the top 3 referring websites. The top 3 are internal systems from our competitors which is quite funny. They must have an integration or something so that they can click a button in their internal system and get redirected to the LOB app.

Now that got me thinking: how can I prevent that from happening to us? Can I set a specific privacy setting for edge with Intune so that this won’t happen? Any ideas?
