I have already got into Southampton, Bristol and kings college london for electronic engineering so only suggest ones better than those

Major - electronic engineering

Aid - required

Grades -

  1. A levels: predicted A*A*A*A* in maths, further maths, physics and design technology
  2. Gcses: 9 in maths, further maths, biology, Chemistry, physics, English literature, geography, design technology and 8 in history, English language and Spanish
  3. Didn't do sat or act

Essays -

  • I used essays to talk about ecs not in the ecs section
  • An English teacher called them "phenomenal and almost flawless writing. It has narrative, whilst being information dense and easy to follow"
  • Talked about making a GPU; making heterodyne bat detector from scratch (including design and fabrication of PCB; competing in international ai competitions etc

Ecs -

  • Lead Jewish society
  • Lead physics club
  • Lead computing club
  • Lead maths club
  • Taught electronics to hundreds of students
  • Run a popular cooking website
  • Won regional award based on metal detecting robot, team sponsored by a multinational defence company
  • Made a light transport simulator (global illumination) in rust
  • Taught Hebrew at synagogue
