Need help calculating chances of me getting fully funded scholarship without SAT

hello everyone, i m new to reddit so i dont really know how this works but i m a pakistani undergraduate student applying in Miami, duke, Clark and Farleigh Dickinson university for fully funded scholarship without SAT test and mid year report. I have gpa of 3.8, decent Ecs , decent LORS and good essays. I m in desperate need of full ride scholarships with these qualifications any university/advice u would recommend me for US or Europe countries?

Prob 2% chance. Even top SAT scores from internationals becomes difficult.
